1.1 Playing surface — Premier Pro-12 artificial turf
- 209 sqm of 12mm, 100% PE premium yarn turf per court, with white marking lines woven in.
- 8-year outdoor lifespan; CE / UDEM EN 15330-1:2013 certified.
1.2 Structure — galvanized steel frame
- High-quality hot-galvanized Q235 steel columns, crossbars, and light arms, with a zinc-rich primer epoxy + fluorocarbon polyester powder coating.
- Corner columns 150×150×5mm (5m); frame columns & light posts 100×100×3mm (3m); door frame posts 100×50×3mm (2m).
1.3 Enclosure — laminated glass & galvanized steel mesh
- Tempered laminated glass panels (standard 6/6; 8/8 available as an upgrade), CE / UDEM EN 12150-2:2004 certified.

Add one entry per court — mix Basketball, Pickleball, Tennis, and Multipurpose freely. Width/Length default to that sport's standard footprint but are fully editable for a non-standard or shared-slab court. Fencing and lighting aren't part of this quote (the existing fence and lights stay in place) — every other standard option is available below.
2. Court colour
Real Laykold shades, sampled directly from your Laykold Tournament Color Card — the same full palette as the Pickleball calculator. The scheme chosen here applies to the new acrylic surface on every court in this quote and is listed on the printed quotation — hover any swatch for its real name.
Kitchen colour applies to pickleball courts in this quote only — other court types just use playing area and out-of-bounds.
3. Notes
- This tool mirrors Agile Courts' standard pricing schedule. It's a working estimate, not the formal contract quotation.
- Fence and lighting are intentionally left out of this section — a resurfacing job keeps the existing fence and light poles in place undisturbed, so there's no fence, fence door, or light pole option here. If a job also needs fence or lighting work, add it from that sport's own new-build screen instead.
- Crack Repair is a flat per-job estimate (patch materials + prep labour) rather than a per-square-foot rate — the Cost Catalogue doesn't yet have a per-linear-foot crack rate, so this is a placeholder figure until real site-measured pricing is available. Treat it as a starting point, not a final number.
- Asphalt Base, Fiberglass Reinforcement, and Acrylic Recoat all use the same real Cost Catalogue pricing as a new court build (Agile Asphalt system + installation; fiberglass membrane + installation; Laykold 5-Coat Acrylic Surface + installation) — resurfacing an existing court uses the identical material system.
- Net Replacement and Basketball Goal Replacement are materials-only (no separate installation labour item exists in the catalogue for either) — check these when a worn net or hoop needs swapping alongside the surface work. Basketball Goal Replacement defaults to a quantity of 2 (one per end) when checked; edit the Qty cell below for a single-hoop job.
- Court type only affects which court-type group each court's line items land in on the proposal's cost breakdown — pricing is the same regardless of sport.
