1. System specification
Your court is built as a complete, engineered system — from the compacted base through the playing surface, fencing, and lighting.
1.1 Aggregate sub-base
- Graded aggregate base constructed to FDOT Standard Specification Section 204 (Graded Aggregate Base).
- Perimeter drainage built to the Agile Courts standard curb detail.
1.2 Asphalt court base — Agile Asphalt Caribbean Court Base System
- Agile Asphalt — our own court base, made for sports courts and for Caribbean heat, salt air and rain.
- Laid and compacted by our own crews over a compacted aggregate base or a sound concrete slab.
1.3 Playing surface — Laykold 5 Coat Acrylic System
- Multi-layer acrylic surfacing system by Advanced Polymer Technology (Laykold).
- Fiberglass reinforcement layer built into the system.
- Colour selected by owner from the current Laykold product colour chart.
- Regulation basketball court lines (key, free-throw line, three-point arc, half-court line) painted with Laykold Textured White Line Paint.
1.4 Fencing — Bespoke Agile Courts aluminium fence, dual height
Standard basketball fencing runs 10' high across each end and returns down the sides for a set distance, then steps down to 4' along the middle of each side — containing balls near the baskets while keeping cost down along the sidelines.
- Marine-grade aluminum-tube frame with PE-coated mesh (6-gauge aluminum wire, 1¾" × 1¾" mesh).
- Aluminum alloy clamp system — no welding required.
- Posts set in 4" I.D. PVC sleeves, minimum 10" deep, cast into the 12"×12" concrete curb to the Agile Courts standard curb detail.
- Aluminum-frame single or double-leaf access door(s) available, sized to suit court layout.
1.5 Court lighting — Anti-glare LED lights (LTCS-460W / LTCS-560W)
- High-power LED sports/area flood light, available in 460W or 560W system power, 80,800 lumens output.
- Rod-mount fixture on a fiberglass or aluminum lighting pole (standard height 20').

1. The court
"Caribbean" Padel Court — 150P-Panoramic, fixed 20m × 10m (65'7" × 32'10") footprint. Complete system: laminated glass, columns & fences, center post, LED lighting, installation accessories.
Installation only — the job
The client already has the court. This quotes Agile's crew, travel and the machines to install it. Prices come from Cost Items; quantities follow the courts, crew and days below and stay editable in the schedule.
3. The brochure specification
The Panoramic Padel brochure lists these four as standard on the 150P court, so they are ticked. Untick one only when you are deliberately quoting below the brochure. Quantities follow the number of courts above and stay editable in the pricing schedule.

Each court is a complete, engineered panoramic-glass system, imported as a prefabricated kit.
1.1 Playing surface — Agile Turf (Premier Pro-12)
- 209 sqm of 12mm, 100% PE premium yarn turf per court, with white marking lines woven in.
- 8-year outdoor lifespan; CE / UDEM EN 15330-1:2013 certified.
1.2 Structure — galvanized steel frame
- High-quality hot-galvanized Q235 steel columns, crossbars, and light arms, with a zinc-rich primer epoxy + fluorocarbon polyester powder coating.
- Corner columns 150×150×5mm (5m); frame columns & light posts 100×100×3mm (3m); door frame posts 100×50×3mm (2m).
1.3 Enclosure — laminated glass & galvanized steel mesh
- Tempered laminated glass panels (standard 6/6; 8/8 available as an upgrade), CE / UDEM EN 12150-2:2004 certified.
- Galvanized steel mesh panels with the same corrosion-resistant coating as the frame.
1.4 Lighting — LED court lighting

1. The site plan
A PDF exported from CAD. The dimensions are read from the drawing's own text — the same strings you would read off it yourself. A scan or a photograph has no text in it, and you will be told so rather than given a made-up number.
2. What the plan says
Everything here is editable. Correct anything that looks wrong before it becomes a price.
3. What it could not read
Not failures — facts that are not written on the drawing. They are listed so you fill them in on purpose rather than find out later.
4. Price it
This opens the calculator for that sport with the court already sized from the plan. From there it is an ordinary quick quote — adjust anything, then Send to Proposal or generate the quote PDF exactly as you would for any other job.
1. Courts to be resurfaced
Add one entry per court — mix Basketball, Pickleball, Tennis, and Multipurpose freely. Width/Length default to that sport's standard footprint but are fully editable for a non-standard or shared-slab court. Fencing and lighting aren't part of this quote (the existing fence and lights stay in place) — every other standard option is available below.
2. Court colour
Real Laykold shades, sampled directly from your Laykold Tournament Color Card — the same full palette as the Pickleball calculator. The scheme chosen here applies to the new acrylic surface on every court in this quote and is listed on the printed quotation — hover any swatch for its real name.
Kitchen colour applies to pickleball courts in this quote only — other court types just use playing area and out-of-bounds.
3. Notes
- This tool mirrors Agile Courts' standard pricing schedule. It's a working estimate, not the formal contract quotation.
- Fence and lighting are intentionally left out of this section — a resurfacing job keeps the existing fence and light poles in place undisturbed, so there's no fence, fence door, or light pole option here. If a job also needs fence or lighting work, add it from that sport's own new-build screen instead.
- Crack Repair is a flat per-job estimate (patch materials + prep labour) rather than a per-square-foot rate — the Cost Catalogue doesn't yet have a per-linear-foot crack rate, so this is a placeholder figure until real site-measured pricing is available. Treat it as a starting point, not a final number.
- Asphalt Base, Fiberglass Reinforcement, and Acrylic Recoat all use the same real Cost Catalogue pricing as a new court build (Agile Asphalt system + installation; fiberglass membrane + installation; Laykold 5-Coat Acrylic Surface + installation) — resurfacing an existing court uses the identical material system.
- Net Replacement and Basketball Goal Replacement are materials-only (no separate installation labour item exists in the catalogue for either) — check these when a worn net or hoop needs swapping alongside the surface work. Basketball Goal Replacement defaults to a quantity of 2 (one per end) when checked; edit the Qty cell below for a single-hoop job.
- Court type only affects which court-type group each court's line items land in on the proposal's cost breakdown — pricing is the same regardless of sport.
- Final quantities are confirmed after site survey.
