Every enquiry by stage, company-wide: New → Proposal Sent → Won / Lost. An enquiry moves to "Proposal Sent" automatically the moment its proposal is sent for signature.

Pick a sport, size the court, and adjust pricing — use "Send to Proposal" on any sport's screen to push the computed line items straight into a new Draft proposal for a customer/property/enquiry, or "Generate quote PDF" for a standalone printable quote. The enquiry stays at "New" on the Pipeline until the proposal is actually sent.

The company's real material/labor/equipment cost baseline. Cost Items are the granular building blocks (imported from Evan's Buildertrend cost export); Assemblies bundle specific Cost Items together into one system price (e.g. "4' Aluminum Fence, Installed") that a Quick Quote calculator row can reference by key. Only Admins can edit either — everyone else only ever sees the marked-up Client Price, never the underlying cost.

Who's available?

Client Gantt groups phases by sport, no crew names or internal notes — safe to share. Crew Gantt shows every phase with who's assigned. Both support Week / Month / Quarter / Whole Job zoom, and Print / Save as PDF exports whichever view is on screen.

Schedule Templates

Preset, reusable phase sequences you can apply to any job to bulk-build its schedule instead of adding every phase by hand. A template can cover one sport (e.g. "Standard Pickleball Court Build") or bundle several sports/courts for jobs you always build the same multi-court way. Typical durations shown while editing are "learnt" from completed jobs with a matching task name and sport — recalculate any time from the button above, or they refresh automatically whenever a phase is marked Complete.
